ATC Card Swap

I finally got around taking pictures of the Artist Trading Cards (ATC) I swapped recently.  The first three I'd like to show you are the ones I swapped with Cindy Rose and her little ones, you can click on her name to go visit her.  Her little ones inherited her artistic side, as you'll see in a minute.  This was a fun swap as we included our little ones to swap with each other through Blissfull ATC Swap. The theme was Love

First I'll show you what we sent them.
Here's mine: Titled Eternal Love
And the cards my little ones made:
A hopeless romantic robot.  The rocket was rubber stamped:
and Mickey, doesn't he look like he's in love?

and here's what we received in return:
This beautiful ATC from Cindy, she is so talented, I LOVE my card.  Theme is Love:
Here's a side view:
To get that beautiful effect on the vase, she used hand made paper with Mod Podge.  I love the flowers and the colors.  It reminds me of Diego Rivera's paintings, I absolutely love this ATC.

Here's what her little ones sent:
are they not the cutest, my kids were so excited when they received them in the mail

I also traded a version of my card with a group of ladies I get together with to swap cards.  I swapped fourteen of them but, for now, I will only show you three.

The theme for the trade was "Vintage".  The first one is from my dear and awesome friend Rose:
She embossed the background paper and used a rubber stamp which she embellished just beautifully.  I love the way it turned out and I can't wait to make a trip to Michael's Arts and Crafts Store to buy this beautiful rubber stamp.
The next one I want to show you today was created by my cool friend, Cheryl:
She collaged scrapbook paper at the bottom half and rubber stamped the image, the rubber stamp is also from Michael's.....Michael's, here I come! I believe she used Prima flowers.
The last one I want to show you today was created by my very creative friend, Kim:
She used the CriCut machine for the vintage telephone cut out.  I love the colors she used.  This ATC is so fun to look at, isn't it? It looks like a design you would have seen back in the fifties.
That's it for today, I hope you enjoyed all these ATC's.  If you want to trade ATC's via post office, feel free to visit Wendy at Blissfull ATC Swap, you will feel welcomed even if it's your first try.  I'll have to warn you though, once you start to swap, it's hard to stop!
